Clause 4 - Classes of Membership
- The membership of the association shall consist of ordinary members, and any of the following classes of members:
- Family members; and
- Corporate Members.
- The number of ordinary members shall be unlimited, and the conditions of entry to ordinary membership shall be:
- Must be 50 years of age or over; and
- Must be interested in the objectives of SeniorNet Association Incorporated.
- The number of family memberships shall be unlimited. The limitations of rights, and conditions of entry for family membership shall be:
- One vote per person, (maximum of two (2) votes); and
- Must be aged 50 years and over; and
- Must be a member of the immediate family of an ordinary member; and
- Must be interested in the objectives of SeniorNet Association Incorporated.
- The number of corporate memberships shall be unlimited. The limitation of rights, and conditions of entry for corporate membership shall be:
- A maximum of two (2) votes; and
- Must be interested in the objectives of SeniorNet Association Incorporated, in the interest of the employees or clients, or, in order to exercise sponsorship.
