Clause 4 - Classes of Membership

  1. The membership of the association shall consist of ordinary members, and any of the following classes of members:
    1. Family members; and
    2. Corporate Members.
  2. The number of ordinary members shall be unlimited, and the conditions of entry to ordinary membership shall be:
    1. Must be 50 years of age or over; and
    2. Must be interested in the objectives of SeniorNet Association Incorporated.
  3. The number of family memberships shall be unlimited. The limitations of rights, and conditions of entry for family membership shall be:
    1. One vote per person, (maximum of two (2) votes); and
    2. Must be aged 50 years and over; and
    3. Must be a member of the immediate family of an ordinary member; and
    4. Must be interested in the objectives of SeniorNet Association Incorporated.
  4. The number of corporate memberships shall be unlimited. The limitation of rights, and conditions of entry for corporate membership shall be:
    1. A maximum of two (2) votes; and
    2. Must be interested in the objectives of SeniorNet Association Incorporated, in the interest of the employees or clients, or, in order to exercise sponsorship.
