Presentation Techniques Course Synopsis
Presentations are used to reinforce a speaker's message by condensing the material into succinct paragraphs, called 'dot points'. They can also include diagrams and illustrations and multimedia material to expand and explain the text. They usually do not replace notes or text, but act as a summary of that material. The speaker will find that by the use of a presentation the material is better understood and organised, and the presentation acts as an excellent memory jogger.
